• Service Activation Information: device identifiers such as ICCID, IMEI, device model, operating system, activation timestamps, eSIM installation data, network usage metadata (plan type, activation status, consumption logs).

• Support inquiries: details you voluntarily provide when contacting us.

2.2 Payment Information

• Payments are processed securely by our third-party provider Shopify. 

• We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

2.3 Billing Information

• Purchase history, invoices, and transaction details retained for billing, tax, and compliance.

2.4 Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect: IP address, browser type and version, device type, hardware model, operating system, network information related to eSIM activation, usage logs, page interactions, diagnostic data, referring URLs, general location (country/region), and fraud-prevention data.
